Helmut Kirchwehn is a founding partner of VSU AG and head of the Starnberg office. Holding a university degree in engineering, he has a professional background in commerce and ten years of experience in M&A consultancy. He specialized in renewable energy, information technology, telecommunications, medical engineering, media technology and other high-technology sectors and has successfully accompanied numerous transaction processes. Additionally, he maintains valuable professional contacts with strategic and institutional investors and co-operation partners in several European countries. Prior to his establishment as a VSU partner, Helmut Kirchwehn held posts in management, technical sales distribution and marketing and worked on all continents for companies such as AEG-Telefunken, Procter & Gamble GmbH, Knorr-Bremse AG, Telecom Australia/Telstra, TIME Office Computers Sydney, Commonwealth of Australia, Australian Hospital Care Group, Baum Elektronik GmbH and Panther GmbH.
