Company History
VSU Corporation (VSU Aktiengesellschaft) was founded in February 2000 and began as a network of independent consultants for Mergers & Acquisitions ('Verbund Selbständiger Unternehmensmakler'). The initiators of the group had been co-operating in the field of M&A since 1996 when they decided to establish the VSU UnternehmensBörse (a market place for company transactions) in autumn 1997.
Organization
The shareholders of VSU AG form a network of consultants who operate in an independent and decentralized manner. Each VSU branch office operates on behalf and on account of the corporation. However, VSU AG does not only serve as a contracting party for our clients, but also aims at fostering the professional and economic performance of both the individual partners and the corporation as such.
